Our refund/replacement policy covers only within Imphal.
So if you are not from Imphal, please check the size chart thoroughly before ordering. If you want to come & replace/refund, it should be done within 48 hrs. Our warehouse is at Kwakeithel.

How to request refund/replacement?
▪Send us an email at order@trendsmanipur.com within 48 hrs after receiving your package.
▪Include your Order Number OR Include your name, address & order date.
▪Include the reason for refund/replacement.
▪Include pictures of the product.
▪For refund, include your phonepay/gpay/paytm/netbanking number.

Any refund/replacement request should be made within 48 hrs after receiving the package. Anything after the period will not be entertained.
