We don't offer a full refund for any of our services but we do offer revisions.
We are happy to revise any service until you are satisfied but we will not provide anything that is not listed as our service, eg. ordering just 1 video & asking to provide another running time (video length) OR raw videos as a revision.
We also will not provide revision for your mistakes like sending us a wrong logo, wrong script or wrong link & asking to change it later.
A revision should be requested within 48 hours from the time it is delivered in your email. After that we will not be able to provide any revision.
